The Nigerian National Petroleum Limited has reportedly increased petrol price to N992 per litre from N865 per litre.
It is not clear if the new increase cut accros all states of federation, but according to The Nation, NNPC retail outlets in Lagos were seen adjusting their pumps to reflect the new price.
Meanwhile, as at the time of this report, no official reason has been given for the increment.
