Bauchi state governor, Bala Mohammed, has relieved the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Child Development, Hajiya Zainab Baban Takko, of her appointment.
According to a statement by the governor’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, the sacking is with immediate effect.
The statement said the governor approved a minor change to the composition of the State Executive Council.
The Governor thanked the Honourable Commissioner for her services to the State and wished her success in her future endeavors.
