The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reportedly slashed the price of Premium Motor Spirit, PMS, also known as petrol to ₦825 per litre from N835 per litre.
The reduction is believed to have occurred as a result of competition in the domestic market.
Last month, the 650,000 barrels per day refinery reduced the price of petrol to N835 per litre from N865 per litre.
Daily Intel could not at the moment confirm adjustments to the new price, but the latest development may be targeted at giving customers more value as well as consolidate its leadership position in the domestic market.
