The spokesperson of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Olufemi Soneye has resigned his appointment.
Soneye, a Nigerian journalist took up the position two years ago, yet, the circumstances surrounding his exit remains unclear.
In a heartfelt gratitude, Soneye thanked the Media and Nigerians for their support.
He said he stepped aside as Chief Corporate Communications Officer of NNPC Ltd to devote more time to his family and urgent needs.
He expressed profound honour to serve both the Company and Nigeria in contributing to the ongoing transformation of NNPC Ltd.
