The House of Representatives has passed the bill seeking to establish state police, days after adopting the executive version proposed by President Bola Tinubu.
The passed on Thursday draws Nigeria closer towards decentralising of Nigeria’s policing system.
The Senate had also approved the legislation, after majority lawmakers voted in favour of the bill
